I am going to share some of my favorite things here.
I am only showing you things I have tried & LOVE!
This Running Girl Sports Bra. I have purchased multiple times & they are my current favorite Sports Bra. I get a little disappointed when they are all in the laundry - I should probably buy some more. Do yourself a favor & buy at least one for yourself.

These The Gym People Thick High Waist Yoga Pants with Pockets. I have also purchased multiple pairs of these pants. I have also purchased other Yoga Pants from The Gym People, but I keep coming back to this style. The Thick Yoga Pants work really well for all fitness activities - NOT just Yoga. I like the material of the Thick ones better than the other options. I like the High Waist SO much better than the other options as well (NO rolling). They are "squat proof" & the pockets are great. I haven't had a problem with sweat, but I also have only ordered dark colors. Seriously, high quality for a NOT high price. Mine have lasted for YEARS! Check them out!
https://amzn.to/49MarA7These Workout Tanks! I've been meaning to order more. I've loved the fit! The neck is a little higher, but doesn't feel like its choking me. I don't like it when the neckline is too low since it makes me feel "exposed" during movements where I need to bend over. The shape is loose but not baggy. Hardly shows sweat at all! Washes GREAT! And the price is fantastic!

These Brooks Glycerin Running Shoes (as you can see I have "a few" pairs). I have been wearing Brooks Glycerin for a LONG time. They are not the least expensive shoe you can fine, but also not the highest price I've seen out there. They work really well for my feet with a wider toe box than some other lines & amazing cushioning if you're on your feet all day (like me).
https://amzn.to/4bhClF9This Daily Planner! This is my FOURTH year using this planner & I STILL LOVE it! I am not sure I will ever switch. I was loyal to the Simplified Planner, but really felt pretty wasteful. I use ALL the space in this planner. It is slimmer & much lighter to carry around in my bag. Great colors to choose from & quite a few different styles. I get the large size (8"X10"), but if you don't need that, there are some other options.

This Garmin Forerunner 55! I love the pup too, but we are talking about fitness trackers here. I have tried LOTS of watches that track workouts, sleep, steps, hydration, & more! So far this Garmin has been my favorite. NO touchscreen; just buttons (I was wearing out those sensitive screens SO fast). NO chest strap; man those things used to STINK! A great free version of the app to see how you're doing & fuel your competitive side. NOT a "smart watch"; while I can get notifications I CANNOT respond to any of them. Garmin, of course, makes fancier versions, but this one has been GREAT for me!

These Suspension Trainers! You DO NOT need to spend a ton of money for Suspension Trainers, well, unless you want to of course. I've been VERY pleased with these! I take them to use for classes I teach or to work with Clients outside of the amazing primary facility where I work. These are incredibly versatile & lightweight, making them great for travel as well.

Everyone needs some of these Resistance Bands! These are also a staple for my exercise programming. You DO NOT have to break the bank for these either. They take up VERY little space and are EXTREMELY effective. These are a great first buy when you're choosing equipment to use at home or while you're traveling.

These Water Bottles! They DO NOT leak! I can throw them in my bag & not worry about them leaking even a little bit. You can sip through the straw OR drink by turning the bottle up. So this bottle is perfect for BOTH preferences. I get asked about mine a lot (even on the airplane when I travel). I've moved away from carrying the big cup with a handle & straw around, this is my only travel cup now.
