Circuit Class 1/29/18
This is the workout for TEEX and AgriLife that was performed on 1/29/18 at the Head Quarters location.Warm Up (Prior to class time)
IndependentCircuit
1 min at each station ~ 25-30 sec rest1. Overhead squat
2. Med Ball Slams - lateral, alternating
3. Wall Ball Clean & Squat
4. Cross Toe Touch - balance trainer (30 sec ea side)
5. Windshield Wiper
6. Burpee
7. Chops (30 sec ea side)
8. Pull Over Roll Up
9. Lateral Hover w/ Hip Lift (30 sec ea side)
10. Ballast Ball Shake
11. Stand & Press
12. Hover w/ Double Knee Tuck - disks
13. Alternating Clean & Press
14. Reverse Crunch
15. Sumo Squat w/ Upright Row
After completing every exercise in the circuit participants can choose which exercises they would like to do for the remainder of the time. Usually 2+ additional stations at 1 min work with 25-30 sec rest
Cool Down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
