Tabata Class 2/7/18
This is the workout for TEEX that was performed on 2/7/18 at the Head Quarters location.Warm Up (Tabata)
Tabata round: jabs, jumping jacks, pop squats, high kneesCircuit
Alternate between the 2 exercise at each station. 4 - 20 second rounds will be done for each exercise.Tabata = 20 sec of work : 10 sec of rest X 8
1. Row - Heavy
2. Single Leg Slams
3. Stability Ball Saw
4. Banded Sissy Squat or Shuffle
5. Alternating Clean & Press
6. Burpee Hop Over
7. Battle Ropes
8. Skaters
9. Oblique Curl
10. Mountain Climbers
11. Sumo Squat w/ Upright Row or Kettle Bell Swing
Cool Down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
