Circuit Class 4/24/18
This is the workout for the AgriLife employees that was performed on 4/24/18 at the South Campus location.Warm Up (10 minutes)
Independent & prior to classCircuit
1 minute at each station1. Pull Over Roll Up
2. Burpee
3. Single Leg Dead Lift
4. Lateral Hover w/ Hip Lift
5. Reverse Crunch
6. Split Squat
7. Brazil Lunge
8. Alternating Clean & Press
9. Sumo w/ Upright Row
10. Dips
* after one round of each exercise participants completed "Wobble" challenge - a series of lunges and squats to the song.
* after "Wobble" participants returned to the circuit to complete as many of the stations as possible until it was time to clean up & stretch.
Cool Down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
