Circuit Class 5/14/18
This is the workout for the Texas Forest Service and TEEX that was performed on 5/7/18 at the Head Quarters location.Warm Up (10 minutes)
Run/Walk/Jog "6 Blocks" / Drill back: lateral shuffle (1x ea way), back pedal, power skip, butt kicksCircuit
1 minute at each station : 20-30 sec rest to switch stations1. Cross Toe Touch
2. Lateral Slams
3. Clean & Squat
4. Ball Toss Up
5. Ballast Ball Shake
6. Alternating Clean & Press
7. Battle Ropes
8. Burpee
9. Pull Over Roll Up
10. Sumo Squat w/ Upright Row
11. Reverse Crunch
12. Dead Lift
13. Bicycle
14. Stand & Press
15. Lateral Hove w/ Hip Lift
* after one round of circuit all exercises are open, continue for remainder of class time
Cool Down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
