This is the workout for TEEX that was performed on 5/15/18 at the Brayton Fire Field location.

Warm Up

    Independent

Circuit 

Tabata = 20 sec of work : 10 sec of rest X 8 rounds
  1. Dynamic Plank / Palloff Press
  2. Chops / Lateral Thruster
  3. Brazil Lunge
  4. Reverse Crunch / Reverse Fly
  5. Split Squat
  6. Pull Over Roll Up / Russian Twist
  7. Alt Dumbbell Clean & Press / Slams
  8. Sissy squat / Mountain Climbers
 
*after completion of all exercises "Sally" - reverse crunches

Cool Down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)

Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program.
