Circuit Class 8/8/18
This is the workout for AgriLife that was performed on 8/8/18 at the TAMU PEAP location.Warm Up (10 minutes)
IndependentCircuit
1 minute at each station : 20-30 sec rest to switch stations1. Front Over Head Raise
2. Farmer's Carry
3. Single Bent Over Row
4. Shoulder Press - kneel
5. Dips
6. Curtsy
7. Upright Row
8. Reverse Crunch
9. Lateral Lunge
10. Single Leg Stand
11. Bench Press
12. Slams
13. Pull Down
14. Brazil Lunge - disk
15. Pull Over Roll Up
Core Tabata
- Double Crunch
- Oblique Roll Up
- Hover or Plank with knee to outside
- Paddler
Once circuit is completed through each exercise move to Core Tabata then participants can choose exercises from circuit for remainder of class time.
Cool Down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
