Circuit Class 11/20/18
"Don't Skip Leg Day"
This is the workout for the TEEX that was performed on 11/20/18 at the Fire Field location.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
IndependentCircuit
1 minute at each station : 20-30 sec rest to switch stations1. Brazil Lunge
2. Single Leg Back Bridge
3. Single Leg Stand
4. Sumo Squat
5. Tandem Squat
6. Split Squat
7. Squat - at smith
8. Single Leg Press
9. Single Leg Dead Lift
10. Monster Side to Side
Core 1: AMRAP ~ 15 of each; double crunch, saw, bicycle, crunch & reach for heels
Core 2: Moby's "Flower" (aka: "Sally")
Once circuit is completed through each exercise move to Core 1, repeat circuit & do Core 2. Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
