"Don't Skip Leg Day"
This is the workout for TFS & TEEX that was performed on 1/14/19 at the Head Quarters location.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
Run/Walk/Jog with dynamic stretching: Spiderman, Lateral Lunge, Dynamic Quad, Alternating Toe TouchesCircuit
1 minute at each station : 20-30 sec rest to switch stations1. Brazil Lunge
2. Lateral Lunge
3. Split Squat
4. Skater
5. Back Bridge - adduct ball
6. Monster
7. Sissy Squat
8. Box Push / Pull
9. Single Leg Stand
10. Single Leg Dead Lift
11. Step Ups
12. Leg Extension - single
13. Leg Press - single at smith
14. Hamstring Curl - stability ball
15. Bike - heavy, seated
Core: Tabata ~ Full Sit UP, Scissor, Oblique Curl, Hover w/ Knee Tuck
Once circuit is completed through each exercise move to Core, return to circuit.
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
