This is the workout for AgriLife that was performed on 1/30/19 at the South Campus location.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)

Tabata: 20 sec exercise/10 sec rest X 8Alternate exercises
1. Brazil Lunge - alternate sides
2. Chops - alternate sides
3. Skater / Plank Hop Over
4. Burpee / Superman
5. Mountain Climber / Bicycle
6. Squat to Press / Single Leg Dead Lift
7. Double Crunch / Dynamic Plank
8. Dynamic Sumo Squat / Lawn Mower
Core: Moby's Flower
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
