"Don't Skip Leg Day"

This is the workout for TFS & TEEX that was performed on 2/11/19 at the Head Quarters location.

Warm Up (5-10 minutes)

     Moby "Flower" - squats

Circuit 

1 minute at each station : 20-30 sec rest to switch stations

1. Glute Lift - stability ball
2. Dynamic Sumo Squats
3. Hamstring Curls - stability ball
4. Banded Back Bridge
5. Step Ups
6. Surrenders
7. Box Push / Pull
8. Single Leg Dead Lift
9. Calves - 10, 10, 10
10. Leg Extensions - single
11. Brazil Lunge
12. Single Leg Stand
13. Leg Press - single, smith
14. Bike - heavy, seated

Core: Moby "Flower" - abs

Once circuit is completed through each exercise move to Core, return to circuit if time permits.

Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)

This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
