This is the workout for TEEX that was performed on 3/6/19 at the Head Quarters location.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
Run/Walk/Jog with Dynamic Stretching: Spiderman, Scoops, Lateral Lunges, Dynamic QuadCircuit
Tabata: 20 sec exercise/10 sec rest X 8Alternate exercises
1. Lateral Lunge / Glute Lift
2. Mountain Climbers / Get Ups
3. Lateral Step Ups / Depth Squats
4. Skater / Curtsy
5. Box Push or Pull / Squat Jacks
6. Single Leg Dead Lift / Front Tap Overs
7. Calf Raises / Monster Squat
8. Brazil Lunge / Bike Sprint
Core Tabata: Roll Up / Double Crunch / Russian Twist / Windshield Wipers
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
