"Show me your Guns!"

This is the workout for TFS & TEEX that was performed on 4/22/19 at the Head Quarters location.

Warm Up (5-10 minutes)

     Run/Walk/Jog w/ dynamic stretching
- spiderman, lateral lunges, dynamic quad, alternating toe touches

Circuit 

1 minute at each station with 20-30 sec rest to change stations

1. Front Overhead Raise
2. Chest Press - alternating, stability ball
3. Rear Raise
4. Reverse Fly - stability ball
5. Shoulder Press - kneeling
6. Chest Fly - alternating, stability ball
7. Battle Ropes
8. Landmine Press
9. Single Bent Over Row
10. Dips
11. Lat Pull Down - kneeling
12. Seated Row - underhand
13. Incline Chest Press - machine
14. Inverted Row or Pull Up

Core Tabata: Hover w/ knee tuck, Double Crunch, Russian Twist, Crunch & Reach for Heels

Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)

This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program.
