"Total Body HIIT"
This is the workout for TEEX & TFS that was performed on 7/22/19 at the Headquarters location.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
Stairwell work; double up & lateral stairs with A Passovers & Cheerleaders using bandsCircuit
1 minute at each station with 20-30 sec rest to change stations1. Chops - med ball
2. Row - sprint
3. Burpee with a ball
4. Cross Toe Touch - balance trainer
5. Pull Over Roll Up
6. Superman Push Up
7. Alternating Clean & Press
8. Battle ropes
9. Bear Crawl
10. Ab Rocket
11. Sumo Squat to Row - cable
12. Plank hops (over or onto) bench
13. Bent Over Row / Dead Lifts
14. Palloff Press - balance
Repeat
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
