"Total Body HIIT"

This is the workout for TEEX & TFS that was performed on 8/26/19 at the Headquarters location.

Warm Up (5-10 minutes)

     Laps w/ dynamic stretches; lateral lunges, spider man, dynamic quad, alternating toe touches

Circuit 

1 minute at each station with 20-30 sec rest to change stations

1. Alternating Dynamic Sumo
2. Pull Overs - stability ball
3. Russian Twist (oblique curl option)
4. Single Leg Back Bridge
5. Alternating Front/Side Raises
6. Cross Toe Touch - balance trainer
7. Glute Lift - stability ball
8. Staggered Tricep Push Up
9. Seated Tucks
10. Single Leg Dead Lift
11. Push Up w/ Renegade Row
12. Plank (option hover) w/ Knee Tuck
13. Sissy Squat
14. Inverted Row or Pull Up
15. Double Crunch

Repeat all or part if time allows


Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)

This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
