Circuit Class 9/24/19
"Total Body HIIT"
This is the workout for TEEX that was performed on 9/24/19 at the ETSI location.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
IndependentCircuit
1 minute at each station with 20-30 sec rest to change stations1. Lat Pull Down - kneeling, cables
2. Double Crunch
3. Squat to Upright Row - cable
4. Plank w/ Knee to Elbow
5. Burpee w/ Wall Ball
6. Pull Over Roll Up (stand if able)
7. Single Leg Stand
8. Row - heavy
9. Alternating Clean & Press
10. Inverted Row
11. Non-Rebounding Ball Slams
12. Battle Ropes
Break: Moby's Sally with option for Upper Body, Lower Body or Core
Repeat all or part if time allows after "break"
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
