This is the workout for TEEX that was performed on 11/13/19 at the Headquarters location.

Warm Up (5-10 minutes)

     Independent

Circuit 

20 sec of work : 10 sec of rest : 8 rounds total

1. Row - heavy
2. Brazil Lunge - disk
3. Cross Toe Touch - balance trainer
4. Reverse Fly Overs - prone, over dumbbells
5. Straddle Step or Hop
6. Battle Ropes - from knee position
7. Hover with Knee Taps
8. Sissy Squats
9. Lawn Mower - cable


Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)

This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
