"Total Body Tabata"

This is the workout for TFS & TEEX that was performed on 11/4/19 at the Headquarters location.

Warm Up (5-10 minutes)

     Run,Walk or Jog with Dynamic Stretching; lateral lunges, alternating toe touches, spiderman, dynamic quad stretch

Circuit 

20 sec of work : 10 sec of rest : alternate the 2 exercises : 6 rounds total (3 each)

1. Burpee w/ Balance Trainer / Curtsy
2. Slams / Double Crunch
3. Stability Ball Roll Up / Banded Back Bridge (on stability ball)
4. Glute Lifts (use stability ball) / Staggered Tricep Push Up
5. Battle Ropes / Walking Carry (use wall ball)
6. Down Dog to Plank / Front Tap Overs
7. Lawn Mower / Step Ups
8. Inverted Row / Get Ups


Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)

This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
