"Total Body & Core"

This is the workout for TEEX that was performed on 12/16/19 at the Headquarters location.

Warm Up (5-10 minutes)

     Independent

Circuit 

1 minute at each station with 20-30 sec rest to change stations

1. Row - heavy
2. Slams
3. Dynamic Sumo Squat w/ Turn
4. Pullover Roll Up
5. Burpee
6. Cross Toe Touch
7. Battle Ropes
8. Hover w/ Knee Tap
9. Dead Lift w/ Bent Over Row
10. Squat to Upright Row - cable
11. Inverted Row
12. Banded Back Bridge

Once circuit has been completed back through the set with the count (number) for each exercise on a 1 minute interval (no break between the minutes). Last station will be a 1 minute row.


Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)

This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
