"Total Body Tabata"
This is the workout for TFS & TEEX that was performed on 1/13/20 at the Headquarters location.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
Independent ORRun/Walk/Jog w/ Dynamic Stretching: lateral lunges, dynamic quad stretch, alternating toe touches, spiderman
Circuit
20 sec of work : 10 sec of rest : 8 rounds total1. Slams - non rebounding ball
2. Double Crunch
3. Sissy Squat
4. Dynamic Plank
5. Straddle Step or Hop Up
6. Down Dog Push Up
7. Monster Side to Side
8. Mountain Climber
9. Burpee
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
