"Total Body"

This is the workout for TEEX that was performed on 1/16/20 at the ESTI location.

Warm Up (5-10 minutes)

     Independent

Circuit 

1 minute at each station with 20-30 sec rest to change stations

1. Tricep extension - cable, rope
2. Hamstring Curl - 20lb Wall Ball
3. Crunch with Reach for Heels
4. Chest Press - dumbbells, from floor, feet up
5. Reverse Fly Overs
6. Back Lunge - dumbbells
7. Front Overhead Raise - single dumbbell
8. Pull Over - from bench
9. Bicep Curl
10. Roll Back & Up
11. Inverted Row - at Smith
12. Saw - stability ball
13. Sumo Squat - goblet hold
14. Russian Twist
15. Shoulder Press - standing

Target is to do circuit twice.


Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)

This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
