This is the workout for TEEX that was performed on 1/9/29 at the ESTI location.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
Independent ORRun/Walk/Jog w/ Dynamic Stretching: lateral lunges, dynamic quad stretch, alternating toe touches, spiderman
Circuit
20 sec of work : 10 sec of rest : 8 rounds total1. Down Dog Push Up
2. Burpee
3. Slams - non rebounding ball
4. Double Crunch
5. Mountain Climber
6. Dynamic Plank
7. Single Leg Dead Lift
8. Superman / Swimmer - alternating
9. Single Leg Press - smith
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
