"Don't Skip Leg Day"

This is the workout for TEEX that was performed on 1/30/20 at the ESTI location.

Warm Up (5-10 minutes)

     "Sally" Squats

Circuit 

1 minute at each station with 20-30 sec rest to change stations

1. Frog Hops - from plank
2. Single Leg Stand
3. Dynamic Sumo Squat w/ Turn
4. Back Lunge
5. Plank Squat
6. Full Sit Up
7. Split Squat
8. Mountain Climber
9. Brazil Lunge
10. Leg Press - at smith
11. Single Leg Dead Lift
12. Step Ups
13. Monster - side to side

Break for "Sally" abs then return to circuit for 6 stations.


Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)

This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
