"Total Body"
This is the workout for TFS & TEEX that was performed on 2/17/20 at the Headquarters location.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
Independent orRun/Walk/Jog w/ Dynamic Stretching
Circuit
1 minute at each station with 20-30 sec rest to change stations1. Row - heavy
2. Cross Toe Touch - balance trainer
3. Glute Lift - stability ball
4. Ballast Ball Shake
5. Crunch w/ Reach for Heels
6. Banded Back Bridge
7. Battle Ropes
8. Box Push / Pull
9. Single Leg Stand
10. Ab Rocket
11. Lateral Thruster
12. Hand Release Push UP
Target of 2 rounds.
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
