"Total Body Tabata"
This is the workout for TFS on 2/10/20 & TEEX on 2/3/20 performed at the Headquarters location.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
Independent ORRun/Walk/Jog w/ Dynamic Stretching: lateral lunges, dynamic quad stretch, alternating toe touches, spiderman
Circuit
20 sec of work : 10 sec of rest : 8 rounds total1. Front Overhead Raise - kneel on balance trainer
2. Back Lunge with Twist
3. Pull Over Roll Up
4. Plank Squats
5. Reverse Fly - stability ball
6. Landmine Press
7. Russian Twist or Oblique Curl
8. Leg Press - at smith
9. Staggered Tricep Push Up
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
