"Total Body Tabata"

This is the workout for TFS & TEEX that was performed on 3/2/20 at the HQ location.

Warm Up (5-10 minutes)

     Independent or Run/Walk/Jog with Dynamic Stretching; lateral lunges, spiderman, dynamic quad, alternating toe touches

Circuit 

20 min work : 10 sec rest : 8 rounds

1. Lateral Lunge
2. Ball Slams
3. Crunch w/ Reach for Heels
4. Split Squat
5. Double Crunch
6. Battle Ropes
7. Single Leg Burpee
8. Bear Crawl
9. Reverse Fly Overs


Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)

This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
