Circuit Class 3/5/20
"Don't Skip Leg Day"
This is the workout for TFS & TEEX that was performed on 3/5/20 at the Headquarters location.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
Independent orRun/Walk/Jog w/ Dynamic Stretching
Circuit
1 minute at each station with 20-30 sec rest to change stations1. Hamstring Curls - weighted wall ball
2. Dynamic Sumo Squat
3. Squat on Balance Trainer
4. Glute Lift - stability ball
5. Banded Squat
6. Bicycle - abs
7. Calves - 10.10.10
8. Box Push / Pull - 45lb plate
9. Single Leg Dead Lift
10. Windshield Wiper
11. Single Leg Stand
12. Leg Press - single
13. Single Leg Back Bridge
14. Bike - heavy
15. Crunch Kick
After all 15 exercises are completed complete "Sally" squats then return to circuit and complete as many stations as time will allow.
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
