I get asked often what my favorite AdvoCare products are. What do my family & I use every day? Often? Occasionally? Well, some of these may look a little different depending on if we are in a pandemic or not. Here are your answers...
Products my we use daily
ThermoPlus: I take this every morning! It's part of my routine, right after I brush my teeth! This product supports my metabolism & weight management throughout the day.
Catalyst: This is also in my morning routine, right after I brush my teeth. I take 3 of these along with my ThermoPlus in the mornings! Many of you have heard people talk about the benefits of your BCAAs (Branch Chained Amino Acids) for muscle building and preservation. Catalyst is AdvoCare's product for that!

Rehydrate: I use this after almost every workout! It's difficult for me to take in anything more than water during a workout, but Rehydrate after really helps me to recover!
OmegaPlex: Everyone has heard about the benefits of Omega-3 Fatty Acids and this is AdvoCare's product for that! I take this one a little later in the day - since I already have a few pills to get down first thing in the morning!
Products we use often
Oasis: This is one of those examples of a product I have definitely used more since the beginning of this pandemic. You mix this with water and I find it pretty tasty! I use it to help me manage the occasional stress (kids arguing) that we are all experiencing during all this time together.
Clear Mood: This is another one that my use has increased on since the beginning of the pandemic. Honestly, prior to the times we are in now I hardly ever used this product. These are trying times, and it is normal for us to be experience more stress as we deal with the unknowns, the changes, the frustrations, the disappointments, etc. that we are dealing with right now. I have been taking 2 of these each day for while now & I feel like they are helping.
Slam: This is a go-to for my husband when he is traveling. A long time ago, he used to take the 5-hour energy, but he found those really upset his system. He doesn't have any problem taking Slam! The delivery is quick energy and great when he isn't wanting to carry around a bunch of Spark for a weekend trip.
Slim: This gives you energy just like Spark but also includes ingredients to help with appetite control. So during those times when I feel like I can just eat everything in sight I switch from Spark to Slim. Meal Replacement Shakes: These are great for when you have a really busy day & need nutrition! The macro nutrient balance is great in these & they come in some wonderful flavors! These are also offered in a plant-based variet!
Probiotic Restore or Fastmelts: I don't need these all the time, I do love Greek Yogurt, but not everyone does. AdvoCare has 2 great ways to get your probiotics. Now especially is not the time to NOT get your probiotics in each day! Gut health affects overall health and the healthier we are overall the better we are able to deal with any illness!
Products we use occasionally
Fiber / Cleanse System: I like to use this a few times each year; like after those really indulgent times each year. Holidays, Birthdays, Vacations, you name it! The cleanse system is a great reset button after those times! You can by the fiber separately if that is a product that you are looking for that product as a stand alone as well.
Nighttime Recovery: So we all occasionally over-do-it right? I really do love to workout and move everyday. But sometimes I might try a new workout, or I am training for a new program that requires me to practice more than my body is used to. This product really does help decrease soreness for me! Even if I've just gone out & worked in the yard for a day; that works my body differently than I am used to & I can get sore! I will take this & feel better the next day!
