Circuit Class 2/7/23
This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus) that was performed on 2/7/23.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
Independent or
Run/Walk/Jog w/ Dynamic Stretching
Circuit
1 minute at each station with 30-45 sec rest to change stations
1. Single Leg Dead Lift - 20lb Dumbbell
2. Renegade Row - 2 x 15lb Dumbbells
3. Windshield Wiper
4. Single Leg Back Bridge
5. Shoulder Press (split kneel) - 12lb Dumbbell
6. Cross Toe Touch
7. Banded Squats ("Monster Squat")
8. Pull Over - 20lb Dumbbell
9. Hover (forearm plank) Knee Tap (knees tap floor)
10. Brazil Lunge - Disk
11. Roll Back & Up
12. Table Top Shoulder Tap
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
