Circuit Class 2/9/23
This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus) that was performed on 2/9/23.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
Independent or
Run/Walk/Jog w/ Dynamic Stretching
Circuit
1 minute at each station with 30-45 sec rest to change stations
1. Saw - knees or toes on slider disks
2. Plank Pull Through - 15lb Dumbbell
3. Step Ups - 2 x 10lb Dumbbells
4. Russian Twist - 12lb Dumbbell
5. Push Up (from knees) on Balance Trainer - knee extension
6. Single Leg Stand - from bench
7. Reverse Crunch
8. Inverted Row - using bar on squat rack
9. Chop - split kneel - 12lb Dumbbell
10. Cossack Squat - slider disk
11. Crunch push weight to feet - 12lb Dumbbell
12. Hamstring Curls - stability ball
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
