Total Body


This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus)  that was performed on 6/13/23.

Warm Up (5-10 minutes)

     Independent or
     Run/Walk/Jog w/ Dynamic Stretching

Circuit 

1 minute at each station with 30-45 sec rest to change stations

1. Single Row
2. Reverse Crunch

3. Depth Squat
4. Dynamic Plank
5. Oblique Curls
6. Banded Back Bridge
7. Chops - split kneel
8. Surrenders - kneel to squat w/ hands at head
9. Standing knee lift - hold weight high
10. Lateral Raise - close & open, kneel on Balance Trainer
11. Single Leg Dead Lift
12. Saw - disks

Once Entire Circuit has been done perform 2 min round of plank passing. Then begin "free time" for 10 stations. Then perform 2 min round of Russian Twist pass. Can choose any exercise from the circuit or skip any exercise during "free time". Maintain 1 minute to 30/45 sec interval


Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)

This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
