Total Body


This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus)  that was performed on 6/20/23.

Warm Up (5-10 minutes)

     Independent or
     Run/Walk/Jog w/ Dynamic Stretching

Circuit 

1 minute at each station with 30-45 sec rest to change stations

1. Brazil Lunge - disk
2. Oblique Roll Up
3. Palloff Press - banded, kneel on Balance Trainer
4. Prone I - Y - T
5. Step Overs - using steps
6. Straight Arm Press Down - cable
7. Paddler
8. Single Row - TRX
9. Sissy Squat
10. Forearm Plank Spiderman
11. Supine Banded March
12. Bear Crawl - Out & Back

Once Entire Circuit has been done perform Moby "Flower"; abs or lower body. Then begin "free time" for 10 stations. Can choose any exercise from the circuit or skip any exercise during "free time". Maintain 1 minute to 30/45 sec interval. Then perform Moby "Flower" abs or lower body to finish.


Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)

This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
