Total Body


This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus)  that was performed on 6/27/23.

Warm Up (5-10 minutes)

     Independent or
     Run/Walk/Jog w/ Dynamic Stretching

Circuit 

1 minute at each station with 30-45 sec rest to change stations

1. Skull Crusher
2. Double Crunch
3. TRX Push Up
4. Split Squat at Bench
5. Upright Row - Kettle Bell attachment
6. Plank to Pike - use disks if you want
7. Sumo Squat
8. Back Bridge - adduct ball
9. Man Maker - burpee, push up, row, shoulder press
10. Dead Bug - stability ball
11. Monster walk - lateral
12. AT - AT Walk

Once Entire Circuit has been done perform Moby "Flower"; lower or abs. Then begin "free time" for 10 stations. Can choose any exercise from the circuit or skip any exercise. Maintain 1 minute to 30/45 sec interval. Then perform Moby "Flower"; lower or abs to finish the class.


Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)

This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
