Circuit Class 7/18/23
This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus) that was performed on 7/18/23.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
Independent or
Run/Walk/Jog w/ Dynamic Stretching
Circuit
1 minute at each station with 30-45 sec rest to change stations
1. Walk Uphill (10) - goal of at least 3.0 speed
2. Russian Twist
3. Weighted Back Bridge - at bench, dumbbell on hips
4. Plank Pull Through
5. Split Kneel Get Up
6. Hand Release Push Up - w/ arm extension to sides
7. Crunch w/ Feet Up - push ball to feet
8. Sumo Squat
9. TRX Pull Up
10. Stand & Press - from bench
11. Reverse Crunch - double leg extension
12. Skaters
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
