This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus) that was performed on 8/1/23.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
Independent or
Run/Walk/Jog w/ Dynamic Stretching
Circuit
1 minute at each station with 30-45 sec rest to change stations
1. Single Row - TRX
2. Depth Squat - forward, just touch the heel to the ground, no weight transfer
3. Pull Over
4. Windmill - split kneel, light dumbbell
5. Step Ups
6. Crunch w/ Reach for Heels
7. Single Shoulder Press - split kneel, heavier dumbbell
8. Stability Ball Passover
9. Overhead Squat - light bar at wall
10. Saw - disks
11. Glute Lift - prone, knees bent, keep upper body STILL
12. Reverse Fly
Once Entire Circuit has been done perform Moby "Flower"; lower or abs. Then begin "free time" for 10 stations. Can choose any exercise from the circuit or skip any exercise. Maintain 1 minute to 30/45 sec interval. Then perform Moby "Flower"; lower or abs to finish the class.
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
