This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus) that was performed on 8/15/23.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
Independent or
Run/Walk/Jog w/ Dynamic Stretching
Circuit
1 minute at each station with 30-45 sec rest to change stations
1. Inverted Row - TRX
2. Single Leg Stand
3. Lat Pull Down (machine) - single, split kneel
4. Russian Twist
5. Single Leg Dead Lift
6. Push Up w/ Knee Tap or Extension - use balance trainer
7. Depth Squat - tap back, no weight transfer
8. Plank - double knee tuck, disks
9. Hamstring Curls - disks
10. Oblique Roll Up
11. Skull Crusher Tricep Extensions
12. Double Extend
Once Entire Circuit has been done perform Moby "Flower"; lower or abs. Then begin "free time" for 10 stations. Can choose any exercise from the circuit or skip any exercise. Maintain 1 minute to 30/45 sec interval. Then perform Moby "Flower"; lower or abs to finish the class.
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
