This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus)  that was performed on 8/22/23.

Warm Up (5-10 minutes)

     Independent or
     Run/Walk/Jog w/ Dynamic Stretching

Circuit 

Tabata: 20 sec work to 10 sec rest 8 rounds

1. Swimmer
2. Push Up w/ Knee Tuck - disks
3. Back Bridge Adduct Med Ball
4. Sprawl - burpee w/o the push up, jump is optional
5. Monster Squat - band at knees, can also do Monster Dance (side to side)
6. Bicycle (or oblique curl)
7. Stand & Press - from bench, dumbbells
8. Forearm Plank w/ Hip Dip
9. Brazil Lunge (weighted) - dumbbells
10. Jabs - dumbbells, can kneel on Balance Trainer
11. Full Sit Up - option is Double Crunch
12. Skater




Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)

This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
