This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus)  that was performed on 8/25/23.

Warm Up (5-10 minutes)

     Independent or
     Run/Walk/Jog w/ Dynamic Stretching

Circuit 

1 minute at each station with 30-45 sec rest to change stations

1. Inverted Row TRX - single arm
2. Back Bridge - using Balance Trainer for elevation, single or both legs
3. Dips
4. Glute Lift - hold stability ball between legs
5. Single arm Chest Press - don't be afraid to go heavy
6. Single Leg Dead Lift
7. Table Top Shoulder Taps
8. Lateral Lunge - Disk
9. Mountain Climber - Disks
10. Double Extend - "eggs and bacon" with weight
11. Pull Over Roll Up - 25lbs suggested
12. Crunch Reach for Heels - option to put hands behind head & bring elbow to heels

Once Entire Circuit has been done perform Moby "Flower"; Side Lying Hip Abduction (in/out), Twice to do both sides. Then return to circuit for "free time". Can choose any exercise from the circuit or skip any exercise. Maintain 1 minute to 30/45 sec interval. 


Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)

This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
