Circuit Class 8/8/23 - Total Body


This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus)  that was performed on 8/8/23.

Warm Up (5-10 minutes)

     Independent or
     Run/Walk/Jog w/ Dynamic Stretching

Circuit 

1 minute at each station with 30-45 sec rest to change stations

1. TRX Fall Out
2. Monster Squat
3. Hover w/ Knee Tap
4. Prone I - Y - T
5. Back Bridge
6. Cross Toe Touch
7. Bent Over Row - single, heavy dumbbell
8. Chest Press - single, heavy dumbbell
9. Sumo Squat - single, heavy dumbbell
10. Chest Fly
11. Brazil Lunge
12. Windshield Wiper

Once Entire Circuit has been done move to Partner Work Circuit. Then begin "free time" for 10 stations. Can choose any exercise from the circuit or skip any exercise. Maintain 1 minute to 30/45 sec interval. 

Partner Work Circuit: Teams of 4

Wall Sit
Forearm Plank
Paloff Press
Burpees - 15 
*Team changes stations when team member on the burpees completes 15


Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)

This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
