Circuit Class 9/19/23

This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus) that was performed on 9/19/23.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
Circuit
1 minute at each station with 30-45 sec rest to change stations
1. Squat with front raise - sit and swing dumbbells in front of you
2. Crunch with reach (or elbows) to heels - "penguin"
3. Get Ups - kneel to stand
4. Push Up on Balance Trainer w/ knee extension (or knee tap if doing push up from toes)
5. Renegade Row - alternating row from plank position
6. Hamstring Curls - disks
7. Figure Eight - seated through legs, use dumbbell
8. Sumo Squat
9. Plank Up Downs
10. Oblique Roll Up - light dumbbell
11. Back Bridge w/ Knee Lift & Band Extension
12. Single Lat Pull Down - split kneel at cable machine
Once Entire Circuit has been done perform Moby "Flower"; Squats. Then return to circuit for "free time". Can choose any exercise from the circuit or skip any exercise. Maintain 1 minute to 30/45 sec interval. Finisher is Moby "Flower"; Core.
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
