This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus)  that was performed on 9/5/23.

Warm Up (5-10 minutes)

     Independent or
     Run/Walk/Jog w/ Dynamic Stretching

Circuit 

20 sec work | 10 sec rest | 8 times

1. Inverted Row - TRX
2. Sissy Squat - bottom half of squat, body weight
3. Forearm Spiderman w/ Disks
4. Single Clean & Press
5. Hollow Hold
6. Single Leg Dead Lift
7. Jabs - balance on one foot
8. Russian Twist w/ Press - 6lb med ball
9. Clams - banded


Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)

This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
