This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus) that was performed on 11/21/23.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
12 of each exercise - repeat while reviewing exercises in the circuit.
Circuit
20 sec work | 10 sec rest | 8 times
1. Suspended Knee Lifts - hang from rack
2. Pop Squat - squat wide, hop or step in, hop wide...
3. Stand & Press - small bar
4. Pull Over Roll Up
5. Side (forearm) Plank w/ Row (band)
6. Push Up on Balance Trainer - knee tap or extension
7. Bicycle
8. Alligator - sliders
AMRAP - all bands, 12 reps each (each side), 6 minutes
2. Leg Press
3. Bicep Curl
4. Tricep Extension
5. Kneeling Crunch
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
