This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus) that was performed on 3/20/24.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
12 of each exercise - repeat while reviewing exercises in the circuit.
- Quad Stretch Extensions
- Dynamic Lateral Lunge
- Scoop
Circuit
For each exercise: 20 sec work | 10 sec rest | 8 times
1. Sumo Squat - heavy dumbbell, hold low
2. Crab Walk - sideways, alternate between facing down & facing up
3. Stability Ball Roll Out
4. Suspension Hamstring Curls
5. Russian Twist Pass Through - suggested weight 5-10lbs
6. Plank Up Down - forearm plank to high plank
7. Sissy Squat
8. Gorilla Row
9. Reverse Crunch
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
