Total Body Tabata


This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus)  that was performed on 8/9/24.

Warm Up (5-10 minutes)

     12 of each exercise - repeat while reviewing exercises in the circuit.

- Alternating Toe Touches
- Quad Stretch Extensions
- Dynamic Lateral Lunge
- Scoop
- A Passovers (band)
- Cheerleaders (band)

Circuit 

For each exercise: 20 sec work | 10 sec rest | 8 times

1. Chest Press: Single Arm: Hollow Hold
2. Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat
3. Spiderman Forearm Plank: draw knee to outside shoulder
4. Split Kneel Chop
5. Glute Bridge: Mini Band Abduct - band at knees
6. Bird Dog with Row: can be elevated on bench
7. Reverse Crunch
8. Side Lunge: Single Arm 
9. Pull Over Roll Up


Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)

This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
