Circuit Class 9/3/24 Total Body AMRAP
This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus) that was performed on 9/3/24.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
AMRAP Circuit
10 repetitions (on each side) of each exercise. Stay on Circuit for 9 minutes each.
Circuit A
1. Chest Press: Single Arm, Hollow Hold position
2. Side Lung: Single Arm
3. Pop Squat
4. Prone I to W: can use band
Circuit B
1. Pullover
2. Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat
3. Squat to Front Kick
4. Double Extend
Circuit C
1. Plank or Quadruped (elevated) Pull Through
2. Single Leg Deadlift B Stance
3. Squat with Front Raise
4. Opposite Toe Touch
1. Single Arm Reverse Fly: standing, band
2. Monster Squat
3. Quadruped Walk (or Hop) Feet: to plank & back to Quadruped
4. Single Leg Glute Bridge
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
