Circuit Class 10/29/24Total Body AMRAP
This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus) that was performed on 10/29/24.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
12 each side of each exercise - repeat until Instructor has reviewed all exercises
1. Alternating Toe Taps
2. Dynamic Lateral Lunge
3. Quad Extensions
4. Scoops
5. A Passovers
6. Cheerleaders
AMRAP Circuit
10 repetitions (on each side) of each exercise. Stay on Circuit for 9 minutes each.
Circuit A
1. Superman Push Up
2. Monster Walk: front to back
3. Stir the Cauldron: Plank with forearm circles on the stability ball
4. Chops: weighted, split kneel
2. Monster Walk: front to back
3. Stir the Cauldron: Plank with forearm circles on the stability ball
4. Chops: weighted, split kneel
Circuit B
1. Skull Crusher
2. Single Leg Deadlift: balance
3. Saw: disks, forearm plank
4. Quadruped Crawl
2. Single Leg Deadlift: balance
3. Saw: disks, forearm plank
4. Quadruped Crawl
Circuit C
1. Fraken-raise: front raise with 1 foot lifted off the ground
2. Surrenders: stay low
3. Dead Bug: dumbbell
4. Plank Frog Hop
2. Surrenders: stay low
3. Dead Bug: dumbbell
4. Plank Frog Hop
Circuit D
1. Suspension Archer
2. Twisted Reverse Lunge
3. Spider Man Plank: forearms, disks
4. Giant Leap: over step
2. Twisted Reverse Lunge
3. Spider Man Plank: forearms, disks
4. Giant Leap: over step
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program.
