This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus) that was performed on 3/4/25.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
12 of each exercise - repeat while reviewing exercises in the circuit.
- Quad Stretch Extensions
- Dynamic Lateral Lunge
- Scoop
Circuit
For each exercise: 20 sec work | 10 sec rest | 8 times
1. Brazil Lunge: Sliders or with Dumbbells
2. Suspension Row: Single Arm
3. Single Leg Lower: Can hold & turn plate above chest
4. Push Up w/ Shoulder Tap: Tap each shoulder at the "top" plank of push up
5. Single Leg Glute Bridge: Can place weight across hips
6. Crunch with Feet Up: Push weight toward shoe laces
7. Low Squat: Use Step or can use Wall Ball as target
8. Saw: Can use Stability Ball (forearms) or Sliders (feet)
9. Burpee: Modify or Progress, can also Walk hands out instead of feet
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
