Total Body Tabata


This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus)  that was performed on 4/1/25.

Warm Up (5-10 minutes)

     12 of each exercise - repeat while reviewing exercises in the circuit.

- Alternating Toe Touches
- Quad Stretch Extensions
- Dynamic Lateral Lunge
- Scoop
- A Passovers (band)
- Cheerleaders (band)

Circuit 

For each exercise: 20 sec work | 10 sec rest | 8 times

1. Straight Leg Tap Over: sit up straight at wall, tap over dumbbell (horizontal or vertical)
2. Split Kneel Wood Chop
3. Straddle Step: quick feet, be a ninja
4. Reverse Fly: Stability Ball
5. Stand & Press: Single Dumbbell from Bench
6. Russian Twist with Pass Through: dumbbells makes figure 8 through legs
7. Glute Bridge Walk Feet: away from glutes & back
8. Flutter Kicks: sit on thumbs, keep your back down
9. Skater


Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)

This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program.
