This is the workout for AgriLife Extension Services (South Campus) that was performed on 5/22/25.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
12 of each exercise - repeat while reviewing exercises in the circuit.
- Quad Stretch Extensions
- Dynamic Lateral Lunge
- Scoop
Circuit
For each exercise: 20 sec work | 10 sec rest | 8 times
1. Mountain Climber: Sliders optional
2. Inverted Row: Suspension handles high, face toward ceiling
3. Squat to Step: 3 risers (12in)
4. Straight Arm Press Down: Cable machine
5. Bicycle
6. Step Side Lunge: dumbbell in opposite hand
7. Plank T Rotation: High Plank
8. Skater
9. Overhead March: Hold dumbbell overhead, keep body steady
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
