This is the workout for AgriLife Texas Forest Service that was performed on 5/28/25.
Warm Up (5-10 minutes)
12 of each exercise - repeat while reviewing exercises in the circuit.
- Quad Stretch Extensions
- Dynamic Lateral Lunge
- Scoop
Circuit
For each exercise: 20 sec work | 10 sec rest | 8 times
1. Slider Side Lunge
2. Dead Bug: Stability Ball
3. Mini Band I Press: Balance on 1 Foot
4. Straight Leg Tap Over: seated with back to wall
5. Overhead Squat: 2-3in from wall, facing wall, hold dowel or band overhead
6. Inverted Row: at Smith, pull chest towards bar
7. Flutter Kick: lay on back, sit on thumbs
8. Band Chest Press: Single Arm
Cool down / Stretch (5-10 minutes)
This workout is intended for a class setting and not designed for a specific individual. Modifications & weight adjustments are made on site and as needed. Supervision is provided during the scheduled class times for participants in the wellness program. Please follow sensible exercise practices and seek the advice of a medical or wellness professional if you have not worked out in a while or have other health concerns.
